The program will begin in earnest Monday, June 3rd , we will continue every Monday/Wednesday from 8:30-10:00 in June and July, We will meet in the Main Gym( installation of the new turf field will have us doing our Movement component in the gym initially ). We will train from 8:00-9:00 on June 17/19 due to Youth Camp. The program will continue through the summer and then into the fall in conjunction with Open Gym workouts, and will lead into the winter basketball season.
